ON Saturday, December 22, I lost my mobile phone while getting on a bus by Kwik Fit.
When I got home I rang the police but no news.
Shortly afterwards I received a call from my son to say the police had phoned so I rang them and they informed me that a gentleman had found my phone in the gutter by the bus stop. When I asked for his name, so I could thank him and give him a reward as my late husband had bought the phone for me, I was told he wouldn’t give his name or contact details as he didn’t want a fuss.
So to this gentleman I want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you – you don’t know what it means for me to get it back. I am so grateful.
