Walk more with Valeways

ARE you up to improving your health and wellbeing this year?

Judging by the number of walkers that have come out on Valeways walks over the New Year, a lot of people are taking up the challenge.

It doesn’t matter if you are eight or 80, there will be something to suit you with the programme of walks taking place until the end of March. A majority of the walks are health walks of about 90 minutes, starting from different venues across the Vale and including extended walks for the stronger walkers to discover the delights of the rural Vale. Coffee shop strollers, a newer concept, is a gentle stroll to keep you active, with a cup of coffee with new friends at the end.

Remember, it’s good to get outdoors, walk and keep active in a safe and happy atmosphere. So come and improve your fitness in 2013.
