Please explain

WITH reference to the article in Barry & District News (October 25), ‘Mayor’s car crash a ‘staff matter’ says Vale Council’, and state the investigation is a staff matter. I would like to point out that it is the council taxpayers that provide the finance for this vehicle, so we should be entitled to an explanation of the incident .
