A shame

WHILST out for an afternoon cycle with a friend of mine we happened to end up on Friar’s Point at Barry Island.

The sun was setting and what better place to sit and watch the last remaining minutes of sunlight, at one of the town’s nicest beauty spots, and be surrounded by litter.

What kind of lazy person does such a thing? Whoever did this would have had to have walked past several litter bins as they exited Friar’s Point either towards the Breaksea Wall or towards the Promenade.

I can think of several words to describe whoever did this, words of which would not be printable.

I really do hope, if the the perpetrators read this, they hang their heads in shame.

Have some respect for your town please.
