YOUNGSTERS can sprint, hop, skip and jump their way through this forthcoming half term at Vale Council leisure centres.
Part of an exciting programme of activities on offer during the week, there will be a Mini Olympic session at Cowbridge Leisure Centre on Friday, February 17, between 11am-noon.
Youngsters will also have the opportunity to learn indoor bowls at Cowbridge in a taster session on Wednesday, February 15.
Street dance and cheerleading sessions costing £1 will be held at the leisure centres in Barry, Penarth, Cowbridge and Llantwit Major, while kids can also show off their best dance moves in interactive dance mat sessions at Barry and Penarth.
Further high-tech fitness sessions will be held daily in Barry in the form of Trixter bike classes for youngsters aged under 15.
Soft play sessions will be held at all sites, while children will also love bouncing around in the inflatable mega slide sessions in Barry, Penarth and Llantwit Major.
Crash-course swimming lessons will be available for children aged four and above in Barry, Penarth and Llantwit Major, and under 16s can also swim for free at specific times during the week, or take their pick from a number of pool-based activities including snorkelling, water polo and a rookie lifeguards course.
