ARMED police attended a "domestic incident" in Barry yesterday (February 12).
Armed officers were deployed alongside uniformed officers shortly after 12.30pm to the Merthyr Dyfan Road area as a precautionary measure.
A 38-year-old man was taken to hospital with an injury to his hand and was discharged later that afternoon.
Police inquries are ongoing.
