THOUSANDS of pounds worth of heroin and cannabis was seized from a house in Barry during a police raid last week.
On Thursday, November 12, officers executed a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Barry, and seized nearly 50 grams of heroin and the same amount in cannabis from the house in Magellon Close.
A 26-year-old man was charged with possessing Class A and Class B drugs with intent to supply, and appeared in Cardiff Magistrates Court on Friday, November 13, where he was remanded in custody.
