Carlton Williams completed 2220 push ups in one hour
A FORMER Barry resident has achieved a Guinness World Record for the second time with the Most Push Ups in One Hour.
Carlton Williams, who now lives in Australia, originally achieved the record back in January 2014 with 1874 push ups in an hour.
He has now beaten his own record with 2220 push ups in an hour on July 25 at the Bodyclub Fitness Centre in Margaret River.
Mr Williams, 50, spent three months preparing for the challenge.
