HAPPY: Some of the residents at the new Golau Caredig
HAPPY new residents told Jane Hutt AM they were settling in at Golau Caredig-the new Extra Care Housing development on Gladstone Road.
Jane met residents Edith Rise, Frances Mitchell, Violet Bladen and Jane Greig and the cook, Cath Theophilus in the restaurant on the top floor overlooking Barry.
Jane Hutt said how pleased she was to see Welsh Government finance being put to such good use providing great new homes for the benefit of Vale residents.
