BRITISH Heart Foundation (BHF) Cymru is urging people in the Vale of Glamorgan to Wear it. Beat it. on February 6, 2015 and join in the fight for every heartbeat.
Over 300 people in the Vale area die each year as a result of heart disease and this is why BHF Cymru is asking local people to show support by wearing red and hosting a fundraising event.
Hosting an event is easy, just sign up to receive a free fundraising pack at bhf.org.uk/red. The kit is full of fun ideas to hold a successful event.
This year, Wales was part of raising over £1 million during the February BHF’s UK wide Ramp up the Red fundraiser, next year they hope to raise even more.
