A TRIO of school staff closed the door on their time at a Barry primary school as children bid them farewell as term ended.
Holton Primary wished deputy headteacher Roger Hardy all the very best as he left to take up the headteacher role at St Illtyd's primary school, Llantwit Major.
Children also presented, midday supervisor of 21 years, Lesley Griffiths and Sarah Williams, school cook for 14 years, with gifts and flowers as a thank you for their loyal commitment and support.
Headteacher Andrew Gilbert thanked everyone for their hard work and support during the year.
