THE Age Connects Cardiff and Vale Senior Health Shop will run two information sessions on Tuesday, April 11.

Running from 9.30am until 11.30am will be a free welfare rights service for people wanting advice on pension credit, attendance allowance, housing benefit or disability living allowance (excluding private pension).

The session will help people with any of these issues and can help with form filling.

Home visits can be arranged by calling 01446 732385.

Also running will be a session which will give people the opportunity to find out more about scams and how to report them.

If you would like more information on how to avoid scams online, over the telephone or face-to-face, then visit the shop to speak to a professional advisor who will also have leaflets for people to take home about the latest scams and how to deal with them.

No appointment is needed for this session, running from 10am to noon.

For more information on either session ring 01446 732385.

The Age Connects Senior Health Shop also runs a technology session every Friday from 10.30am to noon.

If you have hearing loss and would like to feel more confident with going online and using the internet, then Action on Hearing will be able to help.

They will be at the shop to help people use the internet, learn to make the most of their smartphone, tablet and learn about communication apps like Facetime, Skype, Facebook and more.

No appointment is needed.
