TIME WARP: Cult classic Rocky Horror Picture Show will be screened at the Memo.
THE latest Sing-a-Long-a Productions' film screening to come to the Memo on Saturday, October 27, is the Campest Cult Classic of all time, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, starring Tim Curry as Frank'n'Furter, alongside Susan Sarandon as Janet, Richard O'Brien as Riff Raff and Meatloaf as Eddie.
If you've done The Time Warp before, you'll never have done it quite like this!
This fun-filled show starts with a 'vocal warm-up' led by the evening's host, who takes the audience through their complimentary 'magic moments' goody bag, containing various props to be used at strategic points throughout the film.
There will be a fancy-dress competition, and everyone who has come in costume will be invited onto stage to show off their imaginative creations.
The audience can then sing their heart out with on-screen lyrics so everyone can join in. In the case of Sing-a-long-a Rocky Horror, expect the howling to go on all night!
Fancy dress is not obligatory but highly recommended - and there's free popcorn!
