hope the little girl recovers, the area in which the accident occurred has loads of parked cars and lots of children playing so you need to be extra vigilante.
some people park in the most stupid places. i.e there is someone who parks their car right on the corner of Winifred Avenue and Dorothy close so when driving up winifred Avenue you can't possibly see if any cars are coming or see any children that may be playing in the street. maybe now this inconsiderate person will realise that they may cause an accident by parking there. have some consideration for other road users and pedestrians before the same thing happens again.
