A MAN has denied causing the death of Barry mum Jenna Miller by dangerous driving.
Joseph Fettah, of Maes y Gwenyn, Rhoose, entered a not guilty plea at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday (April 18), in connection with the incident.
It occurred when car collided with a Blue Mazda 6 which was pulling out of the Texaco service station on Cardiff Road, in Barry, on September 27, last year.
Mrs Miller, 30, died from her injuries, leaving behind two young children and a husband.
Her family paid tribute to her at the time saying: "Jenna was a wonderful and much loved wife, mum, daughter and grandaughter.
"We can not believe we have lost such a beautiful, kind and caring person.
"Everybody who knew her is numb.
"Jenna was mum to two wonderfully polite boys aged six and 10.
"They were her world.
"We will never forget Jenna's infectious and wicked sense of humour.
"The best way to describe her was happy go lucky."
Fettah is scheduled to stand trial at Cardiff Crown Court on October 2.
