SULLY U3A recently held its annual Open Meeting.
This is always a popular event in the calendar and is an opportunity for groups to show what they do.
With more than 30 groups, there is usually something for everyone, but if not, it only takes two or three to form a new group.
This is a good opportunity for non-members to drop in, chat to members and find out what U3A is about and has to offer. This year was even more busy than last year and during the afternoon more than 20 new members joined.
The next meeting will be on Thursday, September 8, at 2pm in The Old School, Sully when Romeo Basini will talk on The Italian Connection.
New members are always welcome.
