EXTRA routes covered by Cardiff Bus are available today (October 1) and tomorrow (October 2) despite Unite union members strike action.
More drivers are available so routes covering Penarth, Llandough Hospital and Wenvoe are included.
Limited services are available on routes eight and nine, 11, 17, 18, 21, 23, 24A, 25A, 27, 35, 38, 44, 49, 50, 52, 57, 58, 61, 62, 63, 92, 95A, 96, X59.
Customers are able to purchase single and day tickets during the day. Iff card users with pre-loaded tickets and concessionary travel pass holders will be able to use their card as normal.
For customers with weekly iff cards and direct debit customers, Cardiff Bus advises to check the website, which will provide details on how they will be reimbursed.
Iff cards will also be accepted on Arriva Trains Wales routes including Penarth to Cardiff Central via Dingle Road and Grangetown, Barry Island/Llantwit Major to Cardiff Central via Barry, Cadoxton, Dinas Powys, Eastbrook, Cogan and Grangetown, plus a number of Cardiff wide services.
