COLLEAGUES at a Barry supermarket have expressed their love and respect for two teenagers, with links to the store, who died earlier this year.
Barry Asda has paid tribute to Conner Marshall and Alesha O’Connor with a memorial bench at the store.
The bench was unveiled, with their family members present, on Friday, September 4.
18-year-old Conner had started work as a colleague and was a valued member of the team at the newly opened store, and Alesha’s mother Sharon is a bakery colleague at Asda.
The bench connects Conner’s mum Nadine and Sharon.
Conner was murdered in March this year and Alesha was one of the four victims of the A470 road traffic collision in the Brecon Beacons in the same month.
Both families were thrilled with the bench will enjoy spending time on it in the future.
