A BARRY man is one of three men who has appeared before Cardiff Crown Court charged with the murder of 35-year-old Russell Peachy.
Mr Peachy died of his injuries following an alleged assault on North Street, Cardiff, on Saturday, August 1.
Dean Anthony Beasley, 37, of Barry, Shaminder Singh, 40, of Cardiff, and Christopher James Smith, 34, of Cardiff, appeared at Cardiff Crown Court today (August 5) jointly charged with the murder of Russell Peachy.
They were remanded in custody. The case is due to next be heard at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday, September 25.
Officers were called to North Street, Cardiff, at 4.15am on Saturday morning following the discovery of an unconcious man - Mr Peachy.
