THE Vale of Glamorgan Methodist Circuit will run holiday clubs for children aged four to 11 in the Barry and St Athan areas, this summer.

The theme is Cops and Robbers.

Through craft, songs, prayers, games and Bible activities, children will learn about good and bad guys, and learn more about the Christian life.

Week One, at St John Methodist Church, Barry Island, on Tuesday, July 21, Wednesday, July 22 and Thursday, July 23, runs from 10am to 12.30pm, costing £2 per day per child.

On the Sunday, July 26, at 11am there will be an all age end of Holiday Club Service, with awards and goodies for children. Parents and guardians are welcome.

Week Two, at The Gathering Place Church and Community Centre, Saint Athan, on Monday, July 27, and Tuesday, July 28, runs from 10am to 12.30pm, costing £2 per day per child.

On Sunday, August 2, at 10.30am there will be an all age end of Holiday Club Service, with awards and goodies for children. Parents and guardians are welcome.

Week Three, at Crossway Methodist Church, junction of Court Road/Crossways Street, on Monday, August 3, and Tuesday, August 4, runs from 10.30am to midday, costing £1 per day per child.

On Sunday, August 9, at 11am, there will be an all age end of Holiday Club service with awards and goodies for children. Parents and guardians are welcome.

Places at the three locations are limited.
