YSGOL Gyfun Bro Morgannwg, Barry, took part in the busy five-day Caerphilly and District Urdd National Eisteddfod 2015 and found success in several categories.
In the duets years 7-9, Huw a Nel from the school took first place over competitors from West Glamorgan and Flintshire and Wrexham.
The school also took top spot in the Dramatic Presentation years 7-9, with Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf in second and third going to Ysgol Gyfun Garth Olwg.
Manon Ogwen Parry came second in the girls solo years 10 and under 19, Manon a Llinos took third in duet years 10 and under 19 and finally the school took second place in the group recitation years 10 and under 19.
Throughout the festival a total of 88,607 visitors attended and 15,000 competed in the five-day event.
