AGE Connects Cardiff and Vale are holding an information session for people wanting advice and help about energy bills.
An adviser will be available on Tuesday, May 26, to provide free impartial advice on cutting your energy bills or if you are eligible for a free Energy Home Improvements Grant through the Welsh Government NEST Programme.
The adviser will be available at the Senior Health Shop, Holton Road, Barry from 10am until noon.

On the same day at the shop will be a free legal advice session running at the same time.
If you are over 50 and are worried about a legal matter other than Criminal Law then go along and speak to a legal team based in Barry.
