A selection day will be held at the Celtic Manor
SENIOR and junior chefs from Wales are being searched for to represent Wales at top culinary competitions around the glove.
The Culinary Association of Wales is seeking chefs capable of winning gold medals against the best in the world who will be great ambassadors for their home country.
If you have what it takes then chefs are invited to attend a selection day at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport, on June 1.
To be eligible, chefs must either work within Wales or have been born in the country. All chefs interested in attending the selection days are asked to contact new senior team manager Peter Fuchs, culinary director at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, on teammanager@welshculinaryassociation.com.
