JANE Hutt, Vale AM, met with representatives from Young Enterprise Wales, the UKs largest business and enterprise education charity.
Each year in Wales a dedicated team of staff helps to deliver inspiring enterprise education programmes to over 4,500 students, supported by a pool of volunteers from the business community.
Young Enterprise’s mission statement is “to inspire and equip young people to learn and succeed through enterprise.” Its guiding principle is to do this through “learning by doing”.
Jane Hutt and Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, Cllr Chris Elmore, will be encouraging schools in the Vale to take up the opportunities offered by Young Enterprise.
