A FUN story writing competition is open for young writers aged between five and seven to enter.
My First Story is open to schools who can submit their pupils’ short stories to Young Writers brand new competition, tailored especially to key stage 1 pupils.
Submitted stories will be read by Young Writers’ editorial team and considered for a regional anthology. The best writer in each book will receive a personalised notepad and a set of Staedtler Noris Colour colouring pencils.
There are five themed templates to help pupils write their stories, plus a blank one is available for teachers to create their own for their class.
