THERE will be several great occasions held at St Paul’s Church over Christmas week.

On Sunday, December 21, the Church will welcome the Archbishop, Revd Barry Morgan, who will lead the service and preach at the 10am service.

The traditional service of Midnight Mass will begin at 8pm. Rector of St Paul’s, Father Robert Parrish said: “We are starting the beautiful service of Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve, this year, at 8pm to give the opportunity for families to bring children and still get home in time for the arrival of Santa Claus.”

The service will include the Blessing of the Christmas Crib, and Christmas Carols.

On Christmas morning, starting at 10am is the traditional service of Sung Mass, with procession to the Crib, and Christmas Carols.

St Paul’s was the first Anglican Church built for the new town of Barry in 1892, the Church is in St Paul’s Avenue and Father Robert and the congregation wish everyone a very happy and enjoyable Christmas.
