WORLD Mental Health Day sees a national scheme to "Stitch out Stigma" taking place.
Stitching out Stigma is a project that hopes to raise awareness of mental health issues and fight stigma.
The project is putting together a giant cross stitch display created by piecing together 10x10 Aida squares created by contributors.
The concept of each piece is entirely up to the individual, illustrating their experiences or thoughts on mental health.
The finished project will be displayed in Whitchurch Hospital, Cardiff.
