CAPTURED: Lightning over Barry (10645560)
ANOTHER reader who captured the spectacular lightning over Barry last week, believes he may have snapped a fork striking the Barry Dock office clock tower.
Richard Colbourne grabbed his camera when he heard the storm approaching last Thursday night (September 16).
Being able to see most of Barry town from his home on Glyn Dwr Road, Richard snapped some impressive striked, including this one which he think may have hit the clock tower.
He said: "I'm sure one is striking the Dock office clock tower. Regardless of where they strike these bolts were breathtaking."
