AN information session will be held for anyone who has served in the National Forces including the Navy and Air Force or if you are related to someone who has served. The event will be held on Tuesday, September 23.
Age Connect Cardiff and Vale will hold the session at The Senior Health Shop, 30 Holton Road, Barry where you will be able to speak to an independent adviser from SSAFA.
Advice is available no matter whether it is emotional, financial and practical and information on support services and groups available to both family and veterans.
An advice session will also be held for National Blind Week during the same time. There will be information from Cardiff Institute Blind Adviser on products to assist your with your condition, support services available for both carers and those who have this condition and help with services available in the Vale and surrounding areas.
