BARRY Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in the town.
At around 11.50pm on Friday, August 8 the victim, a 36-year-old man, was walking along Broad Street towards the old cinema, when he noticed two males.
The men started shouting at the victim and then began attacking him, punching him several times to the head. The offenders are described as being 18-23 years of age.
The victim went to University Hospital Wales for treatment to injuries including bruising to both eyes.
Police in Barry would like to speak to anyone with any information about this incident.
