ROMILLY primary school in Barry will open as normal during the NATO summit in Newport on September 3, 4 and 5.
The Romilly Road school is advising parents to make sure they have ‘‘back up’ arrangements in place should they be delayed in collecting children due to road closures or other traffic disruption.
