A BROWNFIELD site on a Barry trading estate has been earmarked for development in a proposal submitted to the Vale Council.
Dawan Developments Ltd has lodged a proposal for the construction of portal framed light industrial and business starter units, creating a small development of units suitable for growing and start up business.
The intended site is Plot 3B, Atlantic Trading Estate, Barry.
