THE Welsh Government has announced a push to target people not yet online to ensure they are not disadvantaged by the pace of technological change.
Minister for Communities and Tackling Poverty Jeff Cuthbert revealed its £21.9 million Communities 2.0 programme which provides support to the most digitally excluded groups by helping them overcome barriers, building their confidence and creating opportunities for them to use new skills.
The Vale is one of the four new counties added to the target areas.
