STAFF from Barry McDonald's helped serve up £1,800 for charity with a fundraising 55-mile bike ride.
The eager team of 24 cyclists, made up of dedicated staff from Barry and other restaurants across the local area, raised the money via the tough one-day event from Brecon to Cardiff Bay.
James Clarke, Manager of the McDonald’s restaurant in Barry said: “There was fantastic team spirit on the day which helped us with the 55-mile journey from Brecon town to Cardiff Bay.
"We’re all really pleased with the amount of money we raised and delighted that it’s going to such a fantastic cause that we all do our best to support.”
