A BREAST cancer awareness evening is being held on Wednesday, May 14, at Holy Trinity Presbyterian and Community Hall, Trinity Street, Barry. The aim is to raise awareness of signs and symptoms of breast cancer, provide information about the Breast Unit in Llandough Hospital and a new Macmillan project 'Beyond Breast Cancer'. The evening starts at 7pm. All are welcome. The evening is being organised by Breastfriends (Cardiff and Vale Breast Cancer Support Group) which meets every third Friday of each month in Barry Library.
