THE latest effort to raise funds for an operation that would enable a four-year-old girl to walk takes place this weekend.
Niamh Tarran, who was born with cerebral palsy, is just £12,000 away from a £50,000 target needed to fund an operation in the US that would help her to walk unaided.
This Sunday, May 4, from 12pm at the King William IV Hotel in Cadoxton a Ladies' Day is being held followed by a BBQ, karaoke and a disco from 4pm with proceeds going towards Niamh's fund.
The day will consist of activities such as prize bingo, skittles and pampering.
The organisers wish to thank everyone who donated prizes for their generosity and want to invite everyone along for a fun event in aid of a good cause. Everyone is welcome.
Tickets cost £2 are available from the King William or by phoning Mags on 07722529544.
