A BARRY welsh medium school has proved itself to be a number one hit after their melodies raised hundreds of pounds.
Pupils at Ysgol Gymraeg Sant Baruc has supported the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) during the last term and helped to raise £1926.71.
Youngsters treated guests to a special concert at the Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church, Trinity Street Barry, on Wednesday, April 9.
The choir sang two-part harmonies, a suite for three guitars was played and Stefanie Maurer played a solo piece on her violin.
