KIND-HEARTED slimmers in Barry are welcoming donations as they declare an amnesty on festive foods.
Two Barry Weightwatchers groups are collecting food items still in the cupboard from Christmas and New Year to donate them to the Vale Foodbank.
Items include biscuits, confectionary and other treats.
Other donations collected include tinned stuffs, toiletries and pet food.
To help the group, you can drop your donations to them at the Highlight Park community centre, at 6.30pm on Wednesdays, and Beryl Road, Barry, from 6pm on Thursdays.
