ORGANISERS of a fundraiser in memory of a Barry mum are appealing for a band to help them boost a charity’s funds.
Sarah Quest, and supporters, are hoping to boost Marie Curie’s finances after their services assisted 49-year-old Sheila Morris, of Dunlin Court, Barry, before she died from cancer on December 19 last year.
Sheila’s daughter Sarah said the event at The Railway, Broad Street, Barry, would feature a name the teddy contest, skittles, free face painting, and children’s bingo and they hoped someone could provide musical support.
The event runs from 4pm to 7pm on Saturday, December 7.
All are welcome to attend.
