A BARRY psychic whose gift led to her working with the King of Pop, has died aged 53 – after predicting her own death.
International medium, healer, clairvoyant and spiritual consultant, Jillian Lane, of The Knap, worked with a number of celebrities including Michael Jackson and believed her gift was inherited from her great-grandmother and grandmother.
Daughter of Maureen and father Brynly, who worked as a Vale councillor, Jillian was diagnosed with non-alcoholic liver disease last year.
She suffered from diabetes and recently had an operation for an abscess on her leg.
The mum-of-one worked as a psychic for 35 years.
Her website said she became aware of her gift following her first out of body experience, aged seven.
The site said: “Her family were surprised by her accurate premonitions and her ability to sense the spirit presence of deceased loved ones from a young age. Jillian's divinely natural abilities developed even more strongly as time passed.”
Jillian said she first met Jackson after he rang her psychic helpline in 1997 when visiting London.
He flew her out to Los Angeles and the pair enjoyed regular, secret consultations from 2009 when the sensitive singer would tell her he was stressed.
Jillian, who wasn’t paid but received gifts, said the best was when he sang One Day In Your Life to her while they were sitting on a pier.
She said she also felt his presence after his death.
Her mentor was George Smith, a Welsh medium and psychic poet.
She had a team of spirit guides and angels who work with her in her consultations.
Dr Mackintosh, her medical spirit guide, worked with Jillian in her healing client consultations and her main spirit guide, Afrahim, helped during clairvoyant and medium consultations.
She returned from LA after spending 40 days in hospital, and died at Cardiff’s University Hospital of Wales on October 9.
She is survived by a son.
