GREENFINGERED pupils displayed their produce as Barry Comprehensive school opened its doors for its annual year 5 and 6 open evening, last month.
The gardening club took the opportunity to display a bounty of sweet corn, beetroot, butternut squash, potatoes and green beans from the successful school garden.
And an exciting programme of demonstrations, workshops and experiments entertained and informed the visiting Year 5 and 6 students and their parents and families.
Future students joined in with the learning activities and visitors quizzed current students about their experiences at the school.
