THE Vale of Glamorgan has withdrawn certain meat products from schools and care homes as a precaution because of concerns over horsemeat.

The move comes after Pembrokeshire council withdrew all mince products from its schools, care homes and day centres after horse was found in some of the products from a Newport-based meat supply firm Welsh Bros Ltd.
