Vale leisure centres closed; no waste collections until at least Monday

Vale of Glamorgan leisure centres are closed today, as are adult education centres. The Vale Council says all main roads are open and snow ploughs are out, but there will be no council waste collections today and until at least Monday.

South Wales Police advise you to avoid unnecessary journeys. Check the Traffic Wales website (www.traffic-wales.com/ ) and local public transport sites ahead of any journey.
