HAVING sold out London’s The O2 arena in three hours, The 1975 have announced additional dates to their December UK arena tour.

The 1975 have announced they will travel to Cardiff to perform at the Motorpoint Arena on December 22.

The new shows will form part of a series of concerts that will be toured worldwide, with expanded visuals and a brand new set list including songs that have never been played live.

News of the tour comes with the Manchester quartet sharing the video to new single Somebody Else, which will be released on August 19 and is taken from their US and UK number one new album, I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it.

Written by Matthew Healy and directed by Tim Mattia, the video follows Healy through the world of a Lynchian night-time London; struggling with self obsession in the face of heartbreak.
