MEMBERS of the public are invited along to Treetop Adventure Golf, Cardiff to take part in the first ever Welsh Open.

Novices to miniature golf can face each other with the chance of winning a cash prize.

Alongside the novices will be 50 pros who will compete against each other to win the Welsh Open trophy along with medals and cash prizes.

Members of the public will be able to enter on a first come first serve basis with the chance to beat the pros and win the title of Welsh Open champion and also to compete for the novice category Treetop Open Champion Trophy.

Competitors will play three rounds of strokeplay across 18 holes on Treetop’s Ancient Explorer Course and will encounter the Sacred Mask and his wise words before putting through grumpy Chief Slumber’s hut.
