MEMO Arts Centre, Barry, will be screening two films, with the first starting on Saturday, February 18.

Split (15), running on the Saturday, Sunday, February 19, Tuesday, February 21 and Thursday, February 23, stars James McAvoy as Kevin and all his other personalities.

In Split, a psychological horror from M Night Shyamalan, Kevin suffers from a split personality. He has 23, in fact, ranging from a nine-year-old child to a prim and proper English woman.

And now he’s kidnapped three girls. He’s keeping them all locked up in a basement, and they have no idea why.

All they know is that Kevin’s 24th and final personality is beginning to emerge. And the others have named it ‘The Beast’.

Advance tickets cost £6, £4 for concessions and £3 for under-16s. Tickets on the door cost £6.50, £4.50 for concessions and £3.50 for under-16s.

Then during half-term, family-friendly screening Moana (U) will be shown on Tuesday, February 21 and Wednesday, February 22.

Millennia ago, the greatest mariners in the world sailed the Pacific and charted its islands. But then, their voyages stopped.

Now, Polynesian princess Moana is undertaking her own adventure. She’s a young, spirited, headstrong girl who yearns for adventure, descended from a long line of legendary navigators.

Along with Maui, the (self-proclaimed) greatest demigod in all the Pacific islands, she sets out on an epic quest to discover the mysteries of her ancestors.

Join Moana on her voyage across the Pacific, and experience a world of magic and monsters inspired by the mythology of Polynesia.

Advance tickets cost £3 and door tickets cost £3.50.
