Sean Lock's Purple Van Man show comes to Cardiff next week.

Purple Van Man is the acclaimed new stand-up show from Sean Lock, the man with the most fertile comic mind in Britain.

We all know what white van man thinks about the world we live in but its time to hear a different voice, purple van man's voice.

Filled with gags, opinions, deft observations and some silly voices, this is Sean Lock doing what he does best, spouting inspired jibber jabber as he crosses the country in his purple van. He will make you laugh like a drunken horse.

Sean Lock is one of the UK's most highly acclaimed and original comedians. The British Comedy Award winner has appeared on BBC1's Live At The Apollo, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and The Graham Norton Show, ITV's The Jonathan Ross Show and Channel 4's Comedy Gala.

He has been a brilliant team captain for fifteen series of Channel 4's award winning panel show, 8 Out of 10 Cats, the new series starts in October.

Sean has also appeared on BBC2's QI and BBC1's Have I Got News For You, Channel 4's Alan Carr Chatty Man and BBC1's Friday Night With Jonathan Ross. He recently appeared with Jon Richardson in Channel 4's highly acclaimed two-part documentary The Real Man's Roadtrip: Sean and Jon Go West. This is Sean's first live show since 2010, when he toured the UK with Lockipedia.
