POST-PUNK heroes Scritti Politti perform in Newport tomorrow as part of the free Busk on the Usk event along the riverside in the city centre and at The Riverfront and University of Wales, Newport campus.

Formed by Cardiff-born Green Gartside, Scritti Politti enjoyed chart success in the 1980s and they will be joined by Mercury Music Prize and Brit Award-nominated singer-songwriter Anna Calvi, Newport musician Jon Langford and many others.

Busk on the Usk combines a programme of events that includes gigs, discussions and lectures organised by The Green Man Festival.

Although the entertainment outside along the River Usk is available to anyone, tickets for gigs and talks in The Riverfront Theatre and University of Wales, Newport campus have to be booked.
