EASY Stars All-Stars will be heading across the UK this month with a run of dates celebrating 10 years of RADIODREAD.

The band will play at The Globe, Cardiff on July 12, to celebrate a decade since the release of their maverick re-interpretation of Radiohead’s influential OK Computer album.

The highly regarded reggae outfit will return to the UK for a number of live shows that will revisit the classic LP.

The news comes as the band ready a special 10 year anniversary edition of the RADIODREAD album for release on August 12, which will include their first new material in nearly four years - a cover of the Radiohead hit High And Dry.

Featuring guest vocals from Grammy-winner Morgan Heritage, the new track sees the collective rekindling their passion for their Oxford heroes. Equipping their trademark complex arrangements and dynamic, dub-heavy moments in the mix, the cover is a solid reminder of the band at their perception-warping best.

Garnering praise from fans, critics and, crucially, Thom Yorke and co themselves, the ambitious RADIODREAD album saw the Easy Stars completely re-imagine Radiohead's 1997 opus OK Computer track-for-track with Reggae, Dub and Ska flavours.

Taking on board a stellar cast of guests including Horace Andy, Toots & The Maytals,The Meditations and many more, the band’s radical re-inventions saw them stun with No Surprises, make Fitter Happier sound more productive, and even provide a convincing case for Paranoid Android to just chill out.

The upcoming anniversary shows will see the band play a wealth of tracks from the RADIODREAD album each night, including some never-before-heard live exclusives, plus favourites from the band's other well-received tribute albums: Dub Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd), Lonely Hearts Dub Band (The Beatles) and Thrillah (Michael Jackson).

The gigs will also showcase fellow Easy Star Records band New Kingston, who will support at the Cardiff date. With a strong following over in the States already, expect confident songs and a heady mix of roots, dancehall, R&B styles as the band make their UK live debut.
