BOUNDARY Art will present their first show of 2016, Mono, showcasing work from local and international artists.

The exhibition will run from Saturday, January 16 to Tuesday, March 1 at Boundary Art, 3 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff.

Black and white offers a highly visual contrast, with no confusion, and is often used to depict opposites.

This exhibition will explore the connections and contrasts that exists between opposites, how contrary forces can be actually complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world.

Also, exploring how connections and balances occur as those forces interrelate to one another. The work for this show investigates the visual and conceptual use of black, white and grey through various media.

Artists showcasing their work will be Bill Chamber, Ping Gang Cheng, Richard Cox, Dan Hobday, Diane Horne, Fred Kennett, Sue Knight, Heather Parnell, Zoe Preece, Tegerin Roberts, Wil Stewart and Alan Storer.

Also, Boundary Art will hold a series of art lectures with Stella Lyons during this mono exhibition. Book tickets via info@boundaryart.com or call 029 2048 9869.
